Our client is a leading organisation in their specialist field with a trusted market reputation for customer delivery. They are seeking an Interim Group Tax Manager to cover for an undefined period, but likely to be 2-3 months, whilst they recruit the role on a permanent basis.
The business is highly transformation so will require an individual with the ability to be adaptive. You will take responsibility for overall control of all tax reporting across the group including Corporation Tax, VAT, and payroll taxes. Experience of all, or most, of these areas of taxation is essential for this opportunity.
Ideally you will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), and potentially also CTA (or ATT) Qualified, with extensive tax experience gained in a business of a medium to larger scale, where there may be a degree of complexity. Knowledge of Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) or, of working within a regulated environment, would be highly advantageous.
The company operates a flexible work approach, with a high degree of remote working possible, although attendance onsite once or twice a fortnight for meetings with key stakeholders, including the CFO, would be beneficial.
