This family-owned business is looking for a credit control assistant to work alongside the senior credit controller in a friendly accounts team full time in the office.
Main Duties:
• Posting and allocating receipts to the sales ledger
• Maintaining customer accounts
• Chasing overdue accounts and dealing with queries
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Liaising with Sales Office and Area Sales Managers
• Resolving credit control queries and disputes
• Maintaining credit control procedures
• Reducing late payments and minimising bad debt#
• Assisting the senior credit controller
Key skills / Experience:
• Credit control experience desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Excel
• Experience with BC Dynamics an advantage
• Adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team
