An excellent newly created role within a modern and rapidly growing organisation for an experienced treasury professional. The role can be based from multiple locations including from their offices based in South Hampshire, near to Portsmouth. The business offers hybrid working with typically 2-3 days a week onsite.

Working as a key part of a recently created Banking and Treasury team the job holder will play a pivotal role in delivering a treasury service in line with the strategic objectives of the Group and their ambitious growth plans. The position will report to an experienced Head of Banking and Treasury and will benefit from their support and direction.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting to scope, implement and manage a new FX trading and risk management for the business area.
• Working to promote the capabilities of the treasury function internally to stakeholders and externally to manage strategic banking relationships
• Play a key role in developing the cash management functions and to drive systems and process improvements

You will possess proven treasury experience, ideally gained in a financial services/investments orientated sector. Relevant treasury qualifications would be viewed as highly advantageous.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to assist with the development and shaping of a new function within a rapidly expanding business, rather than maintaining existing functions, so requires enthusiasm to drive initiatives and a desire to build relationships across an international organisation!
