We are pleased to be partnering with an established organisation to recruit a Senior Management Accountant.  Our client has sites across the UK and is fast growing!  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to gain exposure within a fast-paced environment and manage a varied workload.
 
Responsibilities of the Senior Management Accountant include but not limited to:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Support FD with monthly board packs, reviewing mix and margin performance versus plan
• Develop strategic and tactical KPI’s
• Business Partner and work closely with key stakeholders
• Develop models to manage Forecast and Budget cycles
• Produce weekly Cashflow forecast
• Identify and appraise business risks and opportunities
• Develop current reporting suite and analytics
• Assist with key projects and associated reporting appraisal
• Manage and develop team
• Assist FC with management of wider Finance team
• Model acquisitions and support onboarding
• Support and challenge the businesses working capital profile
• Completion of balance sheet reconciliations
• Ad hoc duties within the finance team

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience
• Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
• Experience of working in an owner managed business
• Deep understanding of business principles and practices
