Our client is a Berkshire based organisation that is seeking a Finance Manager to lead one of their existing teams. The successful candidate will have good technical knowledge and strong systems skills. The role provides a range of duties and responsibilities including managing a team and working with various stakeholders and the wider finance function.
Responsibilities of the Manager (Finance) will include:
Managing a team and delivering all aspects of accounting services
Provision of technical accounting expertise
Responsible for planning and team productivity
Mentoring and developing the team
A range of other duties
Key competencies of the Manager (Finance) will include:
Strong systems skills
Strong people and team management skills
Good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
