Sheridan Maine is proud to be working with an established organisation to recruit a Pensions & Benefits Advisor.  The successful candidate will assist with the smooth running of the HR team, primarily supporting the Payroll Manager with pensions and benefits duties.
 
The company operate a hybrid working policy with 2-3 days based at their Ruislip office.
 
Responsibilities of the Pensions & Benefits Advisor include:

• Processing pension payments on the payroll system
• Provision of reports and maintaining records – ensuring accurate data is uploaded
• Sending information to the pension provider
• Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of the legislation requirements. Reviewing and updating the pension policy in line with changes and internal policy
• Managing the annual change in contribution process
• Assisting with intricate queries
• Liaising with new staff to explain pension and postponement
• Working with brokers and pension providers to run webinars
• Maintaining updates for starter, leavers and changes on the private medical scheme
• Supporting Payroll Manager with other ad-hoc tasks
• Supporting Head of HR with various insurance renewals
• Reconciling monthly invoices

• Previous HR, pension and payroll experience
• Payroll systems experience and strong Excel skills including V Lookups
• Integrity and ability to make judgements on confidential matters
• Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels
