Job Details
A brand new temporary Finance Manager opportunity has arisen in North Hampshire for a professional services company. The position is to start quickly and will be for a minimum period of 3 months with the possibility of extension or longer term employment.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the position will be responsible for the day to day running of the accounts function for the business. Duties include:
Processing supplier and sales invoices
Authorising payments
Monitoring the bank and performing reconciliations
Submitting VAT returns
Accruals, prepayments, journals
Credit control
Balance sheet reconciliations
Company payroll
Monthly reporting
The successful candidate will have desired skills/ experience:
Competent IT skills / preferably with Sage experience
AAT qualified or relevant experience in a similar role
Able to work on own initiative and self motivated
Good communication skills
Able to work to deadlines efficiently and accurately
The role will offer hybrid working and there is parking available onsite.
