An outstanding opportunity for a commercially focused Senior Finance Business Partner to join a rapidly growing FMCG business based in West Sussex. The organisation can offer hybrid working, ideally with a minimum of 3 days on site.
You will work closely with the Commercial Director and Sales Managers to provide value adding management information to help drive profitability and commercial decision making, including insightful analysis of business performance. You will need to gain a quick and thorough understanding of the business's activity drivers and KPI's and you will be challenged to identify profitability improvements as well as business development opportunities.
You will ideally be a qualified, commercially focused Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with several years post qualified experience in a similar business partnering orientated role. The organisation has a strong preference for someone with a good understanding of the FMCG, or related, fast paced sectors and experience of building relationships with external customers would be an added advantage.
The organisation has been growing rapidly with regular new client wins so there are likely to be excellent future career progression opportunities for an ambitious individual.
