This growing and innovative service related organisation is seeking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to be mainly based out of it's Southampton site. The role will include some travel to two other locations, including once weekly to the Portsmouth area.
The Senior Finance Manager has overall financial responsibility for 4 entities and will manage a small team. The core responsibilies will include providing insightful management reporting to Head Office finance and managing budgeting and forecasting. Key to success is the ability to drive business performance and decision making through financial/scenario analysis and modelling to intepret and really understand the drivers and issues faced by the organisation. The ability to effectively business partner with senior operational stakeholders to drive required changes is also pivotal to this position.
You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) likely with 3-5 years+ PQE gained in a commercial organisation. You will also possess the proven ability to proactively use business analysis to drive performance and will have strong IT systems (Excel) and reporting skills. Ideally you will have gained experience from within a services related organisation, where professional standards of customer care are key.
