The company has strong growth plans for the coming years and to support these plans, they require an Office Manager who can directly support the team and the Director with financial administration, payroll, credit control and so much more.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager could include:

  • Inputting of financial data and time-sheet processing 
  • Credit control 
  • Advertising on social media 
  • Day-to-day office management 
  • Financial reporting 
Some competencies that could aid your success in this role:
  • A hard working attitude and attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask and use your own initiative 
  • Good communicator who can engage well with clients 
  • A customer service, finance or administration background
