They are looking to recruit a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to manage a team of part and fully qualified accountants to deliver a range of services to clients.
Working closely with and reporting to director level you will be involved in senor client communications to resolve complex issues, including:
- You will be technically proficient to be able to manage all statutory reporting, financial statements, quarterly and ad hoc specialist reports.
- Acting as an authorised signatory on all corporate accounting requirements including regulatory reporting under FRS 102 and IFRS reporting whilst ensuring compliance with all regulations and procedures.
- A key aspect of the role will be to manage and develop strong client relationships including attending board meetings and assisting to identify new business opportunities.
- Managing, mentoring and developing a mixed level team to achieve corporate objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained working with corporate clients, either from within practice, or in a financial services/investments orientated business.
The organisation continues to go from strength to strength and has an excellent record of promoting career development. They work on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week in their offices based in South Hampshire, on the South Coast.
