As Recruitment Administrator, you will be lucky enough to be given Sheridan Maine’s outstanding training, which will ensure that you grow and develop in your role and achieve the potential to become a Sheridan Maine Recruitment Consultant.
Working to support a dedicated consultant, you will be advertising positions, interviewing candidates, placing candidates into roles and arranging interviews.
This role offers excellent career progression opportunities, financial incentives including a monthly commission scheme, full training and team sales incentives.
Ideally but not essential, you will be from a Sales, Account Management or Recruitment background. Essentially, we’re looking for driven and motivated candidates who are dedicated to excellent customer service and career focussed.
