An established business based in Bristol is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team.   The organisation operates a hybrid working policy so would be looking for between 2-3 days onsite per week with rest worked from home.  They offer a positive and sociable team working culture.
The position is a temp to perm role, with a competitive salary of 23K which will go up to 24K when the role goes permanent.
Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator include:

  • Assist in gathering and analysing information for customer or internal reports
  • Liaise with customers and other teams
  • Liaise with service coordinators and service supervisory team and keep up to date with calendar entries
  • Provide clear concise service reports to customers, and management office teams
  • Raising PO’s
The successful Finance Administrator will have a good understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, excellent organisational skills and a good telephone manner.
