Sheridan Maine is pleased to partner a global business to recruit a Finance Administrator into its team. The firm is looking for someone who is immediately available to start a temporary assignment for 6 months.
Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator include:
- Processing of expense invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
- Credit card reconciliations
- Reconciliation of UK bank accounts
- Preparation of weekly supplier payments
- Monthly fixed asset review and production of depreciation journal
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working in a finance background. Good communication skills and a hard-working attitude are key.
The company are currently working on Microsoft Dynamics AX, but soon to be moving on to Oracle Cloud, so experience on either of these systems would be beneficial.
