Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with an exciting business to recruit a temporary Credit Controller into its transactional team. The company is headquartered in Bath where this role will be based around 3-4 days a week with 1-2 days a week from home.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for chasing overdue debt via phone
• Liaising with customers to assist with queries
• Ensure the customers’ accounts are kept up to date
• Solving of invoice queries efficiently
• Opening accounts and setting credit limits per the company’s credit policy
• Escalating accounts if need be
• Working on the Billing team too
What you will need to be great for this role:
• Experience within an office or finance function
• Excellent communication skills with good telephone manner
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Resilient and openness to change
• Willingness to learn
Could be an opportunity for the role to go permanent.
