We're proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading, large £bn organisation based in Bath. Highly acquisitive and experiencing huge growth to headcount, commercial output and profit in recent years, the business is looking to grow their Finance department and increase the development pathway available for new and emerging talent in the business. Current working arrangements are 3 days on site, 2 working from home. No parking on site (but available nearby) and only a short walk from Bath Station.

About The Role
This critical position will place you in the heart of commercial finance decision making at the business, working closely with the Directors of brand clusters to help drive profitability, ROI and improve margins. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director and overseeing a team made up of Commercial Finance Managers and their direct reports, this fast paced and demanding position includes some of the following key responsibilities:
- Executing business strategy through effective business partnering and interrogation of complex data sets.
- Providing insightful analysis and financial models to drive operational performance.
- Liaising with your team and wider Finance to facilitate financial planning and forecasting for the Business.
- Work collaboratively with the FP&A function to identify areas of risk and opportunity.

An established Finance Business Partner with a vested interest in the commercial functions of a business will be crucial to succeeding in this role.
You'll need to be highly self-sufficient, motivated (and able to motivate), capaable of partnering with a diverse range of challenging stakeholders in a high intensity role.
