Sheridan Maine are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing organisation, to recruit for a confident Finance Analyst to work alongside the Senior management team.
 
This role offers hybrid working arrangements, with a flexible approach to working and a chance to work in a positive environment, in an evolving and dynamic business.
 
Working closely with the Finance Business Partner to develop and present financial information for the business.  Key responsibilities will include:
 

• Posting capital expenditure and depreciation related journal postings as part of the month end process
• Analysis of actuals vs projections though the life of a variety of projects
• Investigating into variances against financial performance
• Produce detailed forecasts of Capital Expenditure commitments and assets under construction and associated cash flow expectations

• Confident with excellent communication and presentation skills, with a real drive to succeed
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience in a similar finance position
• A degree in a Finance or a Business related subject or equivalent would be preferred
