Highly acquisitive and experiencing huge growth to headcount, commercial output and profit in recent years, the business is looking to grow their Finance department and increase the development pathway available for new and emerging talent in the business. Current working arrangements are 3 days on site, 2 working from home. No parking on site (but available nearby) and only a short walk from Bath Station.

About the Role
The Commercial Finance Manager will support the wider commercial finance team and its stakeholders in the delivery of financial analysis used to improve the revenue generating streams of the business.
In a role that splits financial reporting with business partnering, you will involved in a broad range of duties including analysis of the P&L, budgeting and forecasting, developing an understanding of key commercial drivers of the business and supporting the Commercial Finance leadership team with insightful data. You'll still be involved in the month end close, assessing divisional performances and identifying areas of improvement.
Putting you on the path towards a Senior title and beyond, the role will also include direct reports at a junior level.
About Yourself
Ideally, we're seeking individuals that are on their way to becoming fully qualified, or fully qualified altogether (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
Needing to be a highly effective communicator, liaising closely with multiple stakeholders across the business, your confidence to make informed decisions will be crucial to success.
As well as developing your skills for the long term as a skilled Business Partner, you'll need to demonstrate your willingness to keep a finger on the pulse regarding the financial reporting processes.
