Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a global media advertising company to recruit a Billing Analyst.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is currently going through a period of rapid growth.
 
The company offers hybrid working so the successful candidate will be expected to attend their central London based office 2 days a week, the rest will be worked from home.
 
Duties of the Billing Analyst include:

• Managing the monthly billing cycle
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Managing the billing inbox
• Participating in various analysis and reporting
• Participating in billing related system upgrades and testing
• Evaluating, creating and implementing changes to improve departmental policies, procedures and controls to systems and processes
• Maintaining revenue account ledgers
• Ensuring timeliness of billing

• Experience of working in billing
• Forensic attention to detail
• Ability to recognise and implement process improvements
