An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to work on a 12 month project for our fast-growing Southampton based client.  This position has been created due to the introduction of some new key products and would ideally suit an experienced Finance Assistant who is keen to work in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change. 
 
Duties of the Finance Assistant include:

• Assisting with sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control processes
• Supporting the Finance team
• Data entry and analysis
• Maintaining financial records
• Contributing to internal management reporting and performance tracking
• Assisting with month-end and year-end accounts procedures
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
