Sheridan Maine are working with a leading Basingstoke based organisation who are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their busy finance team.  
 
Reporting to the Finance Manager, key duties of the role will include:
 

  • Match invoices to PO and GRNI
  • Input invoices onto the accounting system
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Deal with AP related queries
  • Process credit card and staff expenses
  • Prepare payments for suppliers
  • Bank reconciliations
  • KPI reporting
 
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
 
  • Prior experience of accounts payable / purchase ledger
  • Good IT skills including knowledge of Excel
  • Proactive and self motivated individual
  • A people person with strong communication skills
 
The company have a friendly office environment, with excellent onsite facilities and are located close to public transport links. Car parking is available onsite.
