An opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation based on the South Coast in a newly created, specialist role to provide accounting support in relation to the provision of the organisation's long term incentive plans.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director you will be the main point of contact for maintaining accurate rewards records as well as co-ordination the award cycle. There will be extensive partnering with other departments such as HR, Payroll, Company Secretarial and legal as well as direct liaison with Senior stakeholders including the CFO. The role will be involved in a range of analysis to provide insight and solutions to potentially complex issues as they arise.
The successful candidate is likely to be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA,CIMA) with strong analytical skills and the ability to use Excel and other software packages to manage complex data. Knowledge of share plans and incentive/compensation schemes would be an advantage as would some exposure to different tax regimes across regions. There is an opportunity to develop the role and to implement new procedures. The company operate a hybrid working pattern with typically 2-3 days a week onsite.
