Sheridan Maine are proud to be working with an international business that offers industry leading innovation. They are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly team to assist the business with minimizing debt.
Duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Contacting customers by phone and email to obtain outstanding debts
- Allocating cash of multiple currencies
- Resolving customer queries
- Reporting on aged debt
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Performing credit checks and setting limits
This role requires a candidate with 2 years of experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable and has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel. Use of Oracle would be advantageous.
You would be required to complete training in one of their offices (Oxford/ Reading areas) then you would be able to work from home on a hybrid basis.
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
