A leading organisation, in their specialist field, is seeking to recruit a Qualified Depositary Manager as part of their successful growth strategy. The role will be based from their offices on the South Coast, in Hampshire, although they operate a hybrid policy with typically 2-3 days in the office each week.
The job holder will take a key role in managing the day to day operations for a portfolio of overseas clients including preparing KPI reporting and a range of operational tasks to ensure a smooth service delivery to clients. This will include attending internal and external stakeholder meetings and managing a client facing team of accounting and operational staff.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) ideally with relevant experience gained within the fund accounting or depositary sectors. Experience of external client management and a proven record of successful customer service delivery is an essential element for this role. A successful record of managing teams including mentoring and training are additional requirements for the position.
