About The Company
Our client is a large, multinational business with a vast presence across various geographical regions. The European arm of the organisation supports thousands of employees with revenue turnover well in the £100m's.
They operate across multiple sites, servicing several portfolios and product channels (or Divisions).

About The Role
The business is seeking a highly skilled finance business partner to support one of their key product channels, acting as the key finance representative to senior Operations and Finance stakeholders in an autonomous, dynamic position.
The Finance Business Partner will be part of the senior team that provides the insight and analysis which ultimately drives the value and success of the product channel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidating the Divisional management reports and results, creating packs for senior management
  • Supporting sites in delivering projects, monthly reporting and budgeting/forecasting processes
  • Developing increasingly standardised Capex approval request processes
  • Working alongside commercial and sales teams across the Division to ensure the development and understanding of margins, KPIs and profitability
  • Assisting functional teams in delivering safety enhancement activities
  • Assisting in developing the Divisional Finance talent pool, including onboarding and training of new personnel
  • Assisting in cross functional projects (other Divisions / Group)
About Yourself
Ideally, we're looking for someone fully qualified in CIMA / ACCA / ACA, but it is not essential. Within that preference, we're after reasonable knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP, and extensive business partnering experience (with stakeholders outside of finance, such as Operations, Commercial or Site stakeholders) to be able to influence and guide where possible.  Previous experience within the Manufacturing industry is essential.

Being able to efficiently diarise your portfolio will be essential to deliver under pressure. You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
