About Our Client
This organisation is a truly high-growth, fast-paced company led by a passionate and ambitious owner, scaling up an aspiring business from the ground up.
Based in central Bristol, with offices now extending overseas, the organisation has a turnover approaching the £30m mark within only its first few years of existence. Further growth to revenues, staff and location are all well within sight.
A nurturing culture places staff investment at the forefront of business philosophy, rewarding performance with opportunity and continued professional & personal development.
Flexible working, bonus, benefits and perks are all included in the wider package.

About The Role
With the routine financial reporting handled efficiently within a lean Finance team, the time has come for a high-power Head of Finance / Finance Director to step into the business and support the CEO as a genuine right-hand person.
As the #1 in Finance, this role will give you full responsibility of the development of the Finance team, sign off of cyclical accounts and statutory reporting, as well complete ownership of budgets, forecasts and other business partnering-specific duties.
Providing commercial and strategic insight to the CEO, you will steer business growth through a competitive market with your ongoing assessment of competitors in multiple geographical regions, identifying potentially weaknesses within the existing business model and playing the leading role in the roll-out of new financial process and system upgrades to reduce cost and drive ROI.
The Head of Finance / Finance Director could, in time, absorb the full back office Operations under their remit as the role continues to scale up.

About Yourself
Central to success within the role is your ability to communicate decisively and effectively, cutting through ambiguity to provide clarity to reports, presentations, packs and forecasts.
Proven career development within genuinely fast paced and evolving environments are essential to keep up with the pace of the business.
Full accounting qualifications are also preferred, weather trained up from practice or from the ground up within industry.

You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
