A leading organisation with a prestigious site based in Hertfordshire is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to manage a small team and to business partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
Working closely with the Finance Controller you will take a key role in overseeing the preparation of the weekly sales reporting and the monthly management accounts. You will also own the forecasting and budgeting for the site. Key to success in the role will be the proven ability to build relationships and to business partner with key stakeholders building an excellent working rapport with the Operations Director, GM and senior management for a 3rd party customer. The role will benefit from high visibility within a large organisation leading to great opportunities for career progression.
Our client is seeking a Qualified candidate (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a continuous improvements mindset. This facility is often used to test run new initiatives meaning there is exposure to exciting projects but you also need to be someone who can embrace and work in a changeable and high paced environment to maximise these opportunities. Ideally you will possess experience in either the logistics, distribution or supply chain sectors or potentially another sector where you are used to building external customer relationships.
