Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with a fast moving consumer goods business to recruit a Finance Manager into its team based in central London. This is a fast-growing company which has recently increased its international presence.
The company operate a hybrid working policy, with 3 days a week in the office, the rest worked from home.
Responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:
Responsible for Financial reporting
Business partner with key stakeholders and various heads of departments
Drive commercial insights to grow the UK business
Preparation of monthly UK management accounts pack (including commentary)
Review of draft management accounts for presentation to the Head of Finance
Responsible for the monthly accrual and prepayment transactions
Variance analysis on Sales and Cost lines
Overseeing month end closing procedure
Management of UK Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Management of Fixed Assets accounting
Coach junior members of the team
To be considered for the role of Finance Manager, the following skills/experience are required:
Proven track record of success in previous roles
Strong interpersonal skills
Robust and able to work under pressure
