Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with a fast moving consumer goods business to recruit a Finance Manager into its team based in central London.  This is a fast-growing company which has recently increased its international presence.
 
The company operate a hybrid working policy, with 3 days a week in the office, the rest worked from home.
 
Responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:

• Responsible for Financial reporting
• Business partner with key stakeholders and various heads of departments
• Drive commercial insights to grow the UK business
• Preparation of monthly UK management accounts pack (including commentary)
• Review of draft management accounts for presentation to the Head of Finance
• Responsible for the monthly accrual and prepayment transactions
• Variance analysis on Sales and Cost lines
• Overseeing month end closing procedure
• Management of UK Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Management of Fixed Assets accounting
• Coach junior members of the team

• Proven track record of success in previous roles
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Robust and able to work under pressure
