Our client, a leading and rapidly growing organisation based on the South Coast, are seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified accounting professional to manage a mixed level team to deliver a range of services to their corporate client portfolio.
Reporting to Director level this is a pivotal role in the business to deliver to a diverse range of corporate entities. Key tasks will include the review of all accounting services including statutory financial statements and quarterly reporting. You will be the authorised signatory on all corporate accounting requirements including regulatory reporting under FRS 102 and IFRS reporting whilst ensuring compliance with all regulations and procedures. A key aspect of the role will be to manage and develop strong client relationships including attending board meetings and assisting to identify and win new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained working with corporate clients. Exposure to specific elements of business such as SPV's, fund management and general business restructuring would be advantageous as would knowledge of company secretarial requirements for UK entities. The proven ability to manage and lead teams is an essential requirement for this role.
The organisation continues to go from strength to strength and has an excellent record of promoting career development. They work on a hybrid basis with 2/3 days a week in their offices based in South Hampshire on the South Coast.
