Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with an established business based in Cardiff to recruit a Banking & Reconciliations Manager.  This key role is fast-paced and requires a leader who can collaborate and support team members with their development.

The company operates a hybrid working policy.
 
Responsibilities of the Banking & Reconciliations Manager include:

  • Manage, coach and develop a small team
  • Build good client relationships
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Dealing with queries from other finance teams
  • Keep in regular contact with all customers and deal with day-to-day client queries and issues
  • Have oversight of all reconciliations and ensure they are completed in accordance with agreed Service Level Standards, Corporate Policies, FSA rules and guidance and industry best practice
  • Reviewing, updating and improving the current processes
  • Undertaking any other ad hoc tasks or activities which are relevant to the role
 
To be considered for the role of Banking & Reconciliations Manager, the following experience is required:
  • Part Qualified Accountant
  • A working knowledge of banking procedures, UK and International
  • A strong grade in English – good communication skills are essential for this role
