Sheridan Maine are assisting a market leading brand based in Wallisdown in their recruitment for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their team.

You will be providing support to the Finance Manager carrying out Accounts Receivable and Credit Control duties, this is a very busy role and will suit someone who is looking for an exciting opportunity within an expanding business.
 
This is a permanent full-time office based position, the successful candidate will be tasked with the following:

• Chasing overdue accounts
• Sending out copy invoices and statements
• Allocating payments to accounts
• Setting up new clients
• Credit checking new customers
• Raising sales ledger invoices
• Management of another member of the team
• Assisting with process improvements 

• Previous experience working in a credit control position
• The ability to build strong relationships with key customers
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Managing customers; from chasing payment to payment reconciliation and resolving queries
