A large business based in Dorset with hybrid working of 2 or 3 days a week on site is recruiting a FP&A Manager to manage the FP&A team providing financial analysis and support to drive business performance.
The key deliverables of the FP&A Manager include:-
Financial analysis and insights to support the local operations team
Management accounts and KPIs
Consolidation and submission of group reporting requirements
Cashflow forecasting
Business partnering the operations team reviewing costs and making recommendations for improvements
The key requirements for the FP&A Manager include:
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with a number of years pqe in a similar FP&A role
Large company experience
Ability to produce and present clear and concise financial messages to support decision making
Team management experience
