A national business with a Shared Service Centre based near Portsmouth is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Manager to run the Billing and Collections team. Working directly with the SSC Manager the key deliverables of the Accounts Receivable Manager include:
 

• Owning the collections process to optimise cash and ensure collections are achieved on time
• Ensuring that all billing activity is delivered in accordance with agreed SLA’s
• Monitoring and tracking customer billing queries
• Reviewing and simplifying the billing and collection process by removing complexity and standardising processes and reporting
• Developing cash collection targets and metrics to access performance of the team
• Full participation in debt recovery and involvement in customer on boarding
• Team management and development

• Experience in a similar Accounts Receivable Manager, Collections or Treasury role at a large organisation
• Team management preferably within a SSC environment
