Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning organisation based in Portsmouth to recruit a Senior Payroll Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract.
 
Responsibilities of the Senior Payroll Administrator include:

  • Processing monthly payroll
  • Calculating payments due from timesheets and spreadsheets
  • Producing the tax year end for all payrolls
  • Processing P60’s
  • Producing payroll costing journals
  • Performing payroll reconciliations for management accounts and audit purposes
  • Providing management reports as required
  • Liaising with third-party agencies and software provider
  • Dealing with payroll and pension queries
  • Managing the processing of pensions
  • Maintaining employee data and ensure payroll upgrades are maintained
