Personal objectives of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

• To provide your candidates with a service that retains their loyalty
• To achieve your monthly financial targets
• To achieve your weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• To learn from your experiences, training and support (We are proud to provide one of the best training programmes in the industry) plus an additional 1-year training course to achieve a Recruitment qualification

Skills / Qualifications:

• University qualification
• Strong communicative, technological and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure wearing a smile
