Sheridan Maine are working on an exclusive basis with a well-known global business to recruit for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the business on an initial 6 month temporary basis.  This role offers remote working.

Key duties will include: 

• Preparing, recording and verifying accounts receivable transactions
• Maintaining and reconciling the accounts receivable ledger accounts
• Producing financial statements and reports
• Producing reports of accounts that are in arrears
• Analysing bad debt, reconciliation of bills to detect fraud
• Low volume customer billing including preparation, delivery and responding to resulting queries

• Previous experience working in an accounts receivable position
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Motivated with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
