This role offers a rare opportunity to join a high-tech business in a newly created role. Our client is recruiting for a Group Financial Accountant to join the team in a pivotal role.  The position will work closely with the Financial Controller and will take responsibility for the delivery of the internal and external group reporting.   
 
Responsibilities of the Group Financial Accountant include:

• Monthly group intercompany accounting
• Management of the group consolidation process
• Implementation and design of financial programmes
• Management of compliance and reporting

 
In addition to this you will take on a range of other activities as required by the Financial Controller and CFO.  The role would ideally suit a technically strong ACCA or ACA qualified Accountant who is looking for a financial accounting or group accounting position.  Ideally you will possess previous group and consolidation knowledge.
