Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with an international organisation to assist them in their search for a Accounts Assistant. This role will ideally suit an enthusiastic individual with strong teamwork experience nevertheless someone who can also work well independently.
The organisation operates a hybrid working policy so candidates will be expected to attend the Bath based office 2-3 days per week with the rest worked from home. This position also offers some competitive benefits and study support.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include:
- Dealing with enquiries from various stakeholders and clients
- Producing invoices
- Preparing journals for posting
- Assisting with analysis of overheads
- Keeping track of invoicing levels
- Updating project related data on the finance system
The successful Accounts Assistant will have good computer and IT skills, excellent communication and organisational skills and work to a high level of accuracy.
Flexible / Remote working is offered.
