This Financial Reporting Manager role involves making sure all reporting on the company is accurate and completing within a timely manner, whilst ensuring all legal entities are being complied with.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making sure all financial statements, tax packs are prepared for year end
  • To oversee preparation for the quarterly corporate management
  • Ensure the spend v budget are all on the committee reports
  • Compare the wardens’ spend on grants to the monthly budget
  • Explain to tenants the rent and charge services
  • Make sure that all paperwork is prepared for the pension scheme meetings
  • Oversee all approvements on payments to suppliers
 
Your skills and experience:
  • Qualified Accountant (degree or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge on charity accounting
  • Demonstratable experience of collaborating with others
  • Proficient in IT
  • Track record of delivering effective reporting under pressure and to tight deadlines
