Sheridan Main is delighted to be working with a Bristol based business to recruit a Finance Manager.
We are looking for a passionate Finance individual with a full accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) who has excellent team leadership skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead and manage a team within the finance function
• Creditor analysis and reporting against KPI’s
• Dealing with various enquiries
• Oversee the team to ensure financial governance and compliance is adhered to
• Responsible for all cost accounting and reconciliations, P&L and balance sheet nominals
• Monthly reporting of Cost Actuals against Budgets and Forecasts
• Cash flow management
• Assist the wider finance team to meet deadlines for posting journals, accruals and prepayments
• Variance analysis and reporting
• Assist with system implementation projects
• Involvement in various projects
• Interim and Year End audit support
As the Finance Manager, you will need the following attributes:
• Qualified Accountant
• Attention to detail
• Self-starter who shows initiative
• Oracle NetSuite experience is preferred
