About The Business
Our client is a large FTSE organisation located in Bath, with a genuine fast paced culture that has seen rapid growth through both organic performance and acquisitions. The business will be operating a hybrid working model, with 3 days on site and the remaining 2 WFH. This is a full time, permanent position.

About The Role
Available due to a recent resignation, the Finance Business Partner supports a critical operational business function, and reports to the Head of Commercial Finance for the division. Also overseeing the direct reporting line of a Management Accountant, the Finance Business Partner will take a leading role in:

• Partnering with Divisional business leaders to develop and build robust financial forecasts and budgets
• Playing a leading role in variance analyse and commentary writing, producing concise reports used for senior management
• Identifying and tracking key financial and operational performance trends, and working with business managers to identify opportunities and corrective actions
• Developing strong, trusting relationships with Senior Management to provide decision-making, guided by detailed analysis within all areas of the business unit
• Developing robust processes to mitigate business risk and provide commercial assurance
• Managing and mentoring your direct report, developing their technical and commercial capability
