Sheridan Maine are pleased to be working with an established business in Basingstoke that is seeking an Accounts Receivable/ Credit Controller to join their finance department. You would be joining their friendly team on a fixed-term contract for a 6-9 month period.
Key duties in this position will include:
- Raising invoices and credit notes
- Managing accounts with debts and chasing for payments
- Accurately reconciling accounts
- Allocating payments
- Effectively communicating to resolve queries and disputes
- Managing direct debits
This position requires an individual who has relevant accounts receivable/ sales ledger/ credit control experience, that is proactive in assessing and improving processes. You should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation and investigation skills as well as key Excel and IT capability.
