Job Details

A SME business is recruiting a part time permanent Accounts Payable Clerk on a 2 days a week basis to support their Finance Manager.  The working hours are flexible and can be spread over 3 or 4 days a week and will be a mixture of office and home working. The main responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk are:-
 

  • Managing Purchase Ledger
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements regularly
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Processing payments
  • Ad-hoc duties supporting the Finance Manager
 
The successful candidate will have a number of years Accounts Payable experience and be flexible to support the Finance Manager as required.
