An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a market leading organisation in Central Reading on a permanent basis. Sheridan Maine are pleased to be working with this growing business to recruit a driven candidate to support the accounts team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Raising credit and manual invoices
  • Bank and Credit card reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable invoice matching
  • Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with any queries
  • Recording and allocating deposits and dismemberments
  • General finance administration duties as the business requires

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role in a finance department and be working towards professional exams (ACCA, AAT etc) with the desire to progress and develop further. You will have strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and an organised methodical approach to deal with a high volume of transactions.

This opportunity offers hybrid remote working and 25 days holiday.
