Sheridan Maine is excited to be working with an established business to assist with their search for a Part Qualified Accountant to join them as Accounting Team Leader.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage a small team effectively by coaching, developing and driving a culture of excellence
• Responsibility for central Recharges & Recovery processes
• Responsibility for fixed Asset additions, disposals, adjustments, ACE Form Control
• Responsibility for capex Reporting and Back Checks Control
• Responsibility for the completion of all relevant balance sheet reconciliations
• Responsibility for HY / FY statutory reporting requirements to support the audit process
• Provide support for the wider team including the Management Accountants and Financial Services Manager as required

What you will need to be great for this role:
• Part qualified or studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Experience of managing projects or people management
• Experience of working under pressure, prioritising and managing competing deadlines
• Self-motivated and commitment to getting the job done
