Our Berkshire based client is looking to recruit a technically strong Implementation Manager to join their Payroll team on a permanent basis.
This role will be focused around managing a global payroll systems implementation.
Responsibilities of the Implementation Manager will include:
• Be responsible for the end to end payroll implementation process
• Manage the payroll implementation plan and budget
• Ensure the global payroll platform is set up and configured correctly
• Co-ordinating with client and internal teams
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders
Skills and attributes required of the Implementation Manager:
• Strong technical payroll knowledge
• Previous experience managing global implementations
• Prince 2 or equivalent qualification
