- Overseeing the finance team
- Checking over the company payroll
- Working collaboratively with the Board and CEO
- Responsibility for the HR function
- Supporting and developing the company's culture
What you will need to be great for this role:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- Experience of finance/payroll
- Successfully managed a team previously
- Excellent communication and ability to build relationships across all levels
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve issues
