A new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join a leading business in Reading. The successful candidate will have some prior experience of sales invoicing and be keen to undertake a busy role within this dynamic organisation.
Working within a friendly and sociable team, the role will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Raising sales invoices
- Customer account reconciliations
- Sending out copy statements
- Allocating payments
- Setting up new customers on the system
To be considered for this role you will be hard working and keen to develop your skills within finance. Some prior experience of sales ledger/ accounts receivable would be preferred along with competent IT skills and the ability to work well on your own initiative.
The company are currently offering hybrid remote/ office working. Office facilities include a canteen, break out area and free car parking.
