Sheridan Maine is seeking a divisional Financial Controller to join a well-established Berkshire based organisation. This is a great career opportunity as the role will report into the finance director however it will also work closely with the board. The role is varied across a range of duties and projects initially focused around supporting a systems implementation including process review and enhancement and will have a high level of liaison across the business.
 
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Full Implementation of new financial system
• Migration of existing systems
• Process systems review and improvement
• Working with the Finance Director and a range of stakeholders
• Other ad-hoc duties covering further projects and divisional financial control duties

 
The role requires a Qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent) Financial Controller who has previously led a system implementation and has preferably undertaken this type of role in a manufacturing or similar environment. The role also requires a strong technical accounting skillset and knowledge of ERP systems would be advantageous but not essential.
