This fixed term contract role is extremely customer focussed, and therefore requires a candidate that possesses excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Dealing with telephone queries
• Responding to emails
• Setting up Direct Debit orders
• Assisting with the planning of process improvements
What you will need to be great for this role:

• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
